The Story Behind the Stories
As a young author and artist from Park City, Utah, Ever published his debut book, "Quillbur and the Lemonade Stand Mayhem" in 2024 — captivating young audiences and making them laugh with his unique blend of humor, imagination, and heartfelt storytelling.
Turning Challenges Into Inspiration
As a survivor of a severe burn incident at the age of one and a half, Ever transformed this experience into inspiration for his work. This led to the creation of the Quillbur book series — introducing readers to the vibrant world of Quillbur Pine and his best friend Stinker Peeyuh, as they embark on adventures filled with laughter, mystery, puzzles, and the power of friendship.
Giving Back
After all the help Ever received in his own recovery from the caring healthcare professionals in California and Utah, he has pledged to donate a portion of all book proceeds to the non-profits that helped him. These groups dedicate their efforts to helping burn survivors every day.
His biggest hope is to give back to the community and organizations that helped him during the hardest times of his life — and to support others facing similar challenges.
